Wine sales are directed exclusively to the final consumer who must be at least 18 years old and to specialized companies allowed by law.
HOW TO PURCHASE
The purchase is made through the special website www.licinsi.it
“Wines” to the end user, without prior registration (only in case of purchase obligation registration)
“Operators in the sector” are subject to registration and validation for access conditions.
In both cases they will be guided by the system for the successful completion of the purchase.

PRICES
All retail prices include VAT and the cost of transport is separately indicated on the order form and on the invoice.
The published prices and offers may vary from year to year.

PAYMENTS
The payment methods are indicated on the order form.
The price for the purchase of the products is inclusive of shipping costs (visible separately) and must be carried out with a credit card or by bank transfer, all financial information necessary for the transaction will be transmitted via encrypted, document through UBI BANK (Maestro SPA), which provides their services with electronic payment, without third parties having access.
This information will be used by MARINI PIERLUIGI except for performing the procedures related to your purchase or issuing refunds in your favor in case of any returns,following the exercise of his right of withdrawal.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
The shipment will be always recorded with a regular invoice, for deliveries we rely primarily on the MBE (2-3 days flat rates depending on the availability of the product), using patented and certified packaging to avoid unpleasant accidents during transport, or if possible by means of MARINI PIERLUIGI (1-2 days time depending on availability of the product).
In case of urgent requests or mandatory requests, a confirmation by email to info@licinsi.it, the contribution to ship inside Italy is:
1 to 6 bottles. = 20,00 Euro – Islands and Calabria supplement + 5.00 eu
7 to 18 bottles. = 30,00 Euro – Islands and Calabria supplement + 8.00 eu
19 to 30 bottles. = 45,00 Euro – Islands and Calabria supplement + 10.00 eu
31 to 42 bottles. = 60,00 Euro – Islands and Calabria supplement + 12.00 eu

The address you indicate on the purchase confirmation involves your full responsibility for any non-delivery.
RETURNS
In case of items that are deemed defective, we will ask please inform us by email (info@licinsi.it) specifying the nature of the defect and only after our confirmation you can return the corked bottle in the original packaging to MARINI PIERLUIGI for evaluation of the faults.
It must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the discipline of the Legislative Decree no. 206/05, you have the right to close the sale agreement without penalty, within 10 working days from receiving the goods and after a written notice.
Please send it to MARINI PIERLUIGI, indicating all the details to carry out this procedure (bill no, order no, codes and product list, amount and swift bank code).
The cost of returns or of any damage is as from art. 5, paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999 will be your sole responsibility.
You cannot exchange a single bottle of wine, the selection or the selected product with another at no additional cost.
The conditions to accept the right of withdrawal are as follows:
- Within 10 days from delivery
- Integrate products
- The return must take place in a single shipment with original packaging
- The right is reserved to individuals (consumer) and not in for companies or distributors
- The return must be complete
Refund will be made within 30 days from confirmation of acceptance of the right of withdrawal and verification the goods.
LAW AND DISPUTES
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by the Italian law, in particular Legislative Decree 6 September 2005. 206 on consumption, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree No 9 April 2003. 70 on some aspects of electronic commerce.
The sale of products and / or services takes place in the territory of the Italian State and is subject to the laws in force in the Italian Republic.
Jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute will be Brescia.
